How do I change my password?

Currently, the only way to change your password on Gighabit is to either log out of your account (if needs be) and navigate to the “Sign In Page”. Here you will find a link directly under where you enter your password called “Forgot your password”. Or, you can directly navigate to the forgot your password page. 

Once you reach the “Forgot your password” page you will be prompted to input the email address of the account you are trying to reset. Before you are able to reset your password you will be sent a 6-digit code to the email address in question that will be required to continue. Once that 6-digit code has been copied over to our site in the clearly outlined boxes you will be able to enter a new password.
