How do I check my Bookings?
To check your bookings (both current and past) you will need to navigate to your account button. This can be found on the top right of the screen and will show your name with a small black arrow pointed down. To access your bookings you will either need to hover your cursor over / click on the black arrow (depending on your web browser type) and select Bookings.
Once you open the bookings page you will have two tabs - Upcoming Bookings and Past Bookings. Your Upcoming Bookings will show all of the tickets you have booked for events that have not yet transpired. Tickets will move into the Past Bookings tab once the event has concluded. If you are struggling to find a ticket for an event you are attending in the Upcoming Bookings tab please check the Past Bookings Tabs before contacting the Customer Support Help Desk, as that is the first thing we will likely ask you to do.
