How long does it take for me to receive a payout?

Payouts from your event should be received within 3 business days. Normally, pay-outs are sent and received within 48 to 72 hours of an event concluding. However, there are sometimes delays with our third-party payment processing. This can be due to a number of factors such as having incorrect payment information for event stakeholders to random checks by the banks or Stripe themselves to ensure that all transactions are legitimate. This can lead to delays of around 7 days. If you are experiencing abnormally long delays please contact the Gighabit team and we will endeavour to find out what is causing the delay and do our utmost to rectify the situation for you as soon as possible. 

Stripe typically favours accounts that have a long history with the platform or accounts that have higher transaction volumes. You will perhaps find that as your account matures you receive payments even faster, sometimes within 24 hours of the conclusion of the event.
