How long does support take to respond?

The Gighabit support team prides itself on being as active and as proactive as possible. This means we are doing our best to go above and beyond for our customers, often even outside the scope of what is reasonably expected of us. If you have questions we will do our best to answer them, and if we don't have the answers we will go and do our best to find them. As such, it can sometimes take a few minutes for us to respond to you. In peak hours or out-of-business hours, it could take a little longer.

If you have any questions feel free to contact us at admin@gighabit.com and we will generally respond to you within an hour or so. It is very rare that questions and concerns are not addressed the day of asking. We know waiting around for customer service agents to become available sucks, so we have an automated queue of email and live chat queries. This means you can go about your day as normal while we get on with trying to solve your problem. Once your problem is resolved, or should we have further questions, we will get in touch with you via your preferred method.
